Isn't she the cutest? I met her on MySpace. She found me. Her husband's last name is Knox and I guess she was seeking out Knox's in the outer galaxies. I'm not sure why she sent me a recipe—I guess we must have been discussing food in some correspondence. Candy's Antipasti recipe
Prep time: it depends on if you make the pepper or use canned. 1 hour canned

is the stem of the brocolli that goes to flower, it needs to be simmered in the chicken broth.
The olive oil is added to the finished product. Make sure it is an extra virgin olive oil. Don't be cheap with the oil. Lay the brocolli rabe in the pot of broth, if you are vegan use a vegetable stock. The garlic will make up for that.
