			<title>brocolli rabe</title>
			<link>http://www.sunpopblue.com/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=105&amp;Itemid=7#pc_29</link>
<description>is the stem of the brocolli that goes to flower, it needs to be simmered in the chicken broth.
The olive oil is added to the finished product. Make sure it is an extra virgin olive oil. Don't be cheap with the oil. Lay the brocolli rabe in the pot of broth, if you are vegan use a vegetable stock. The garlic will make up for that. - candy</description>
